Hi friends! I am so behind on my blogs! Today is actually July 12, but I am writing for June 30 because I have been lazy and not posting for you zero readers out there! At least I’m not under any pressure to deliver any bloggy goodness because I have 0 traffic everyday. Hehe. Why even write this blog? So I can keep a diary! But I haven’t written in 2 weeks now, so that kind of defeats the purpose. I’ll be better about it though! Ta ta for now. Or actually, I’m about to write the next blog entries up until July 12! EEK!

Happy Tuesday but not LOST Tuesday again! Last night when ma took me out for my poo and pee time, I saw a rat crawling along the power lines! I looked up, there was a sparkle in my eyes, and then I went charging for it. Ha. I guess I thought I could fly up to the power line to catch the rat, but I just hopped and ran along the grass til I could run no more. I think I scared the rat away with my manly barks. It was around 11pm so I probably woke the neighbors, too! But that’s okay, I was just warning them of rat danger! Oakie to the rescue!!

Howdy-do, folks! I’ve been a bad dog lately. I’ve been chewing up the corners of my bed! And I know I’m not supposed to chew it. Mom gets mad, so I do it secretly when she hops in the shower. That’s my cue to chew like mad. As soon as the shower is off, I hide. Sometimes I’ll go down the hall, other times I’ll go ahead and plop myself into my kennel (where mama puts me when I’m bad). When she sees it she’s all like ARGHHH OAKIE!! and I’m all like wha? who meee? and she’s all like NO!!! I mean YES YOU! BUT NOOO on the chewing!! and I’m all like haha I’m already inside the kennel you can’t touch this! But she can’t blame me for chewing it up, I have some pent up energy that’s ready to explode!!! Mama hasn’t taken me on too many walks lately because she’s a lazy bugger. I need my walks, or I’ll chew!! RAR!

Yay! Ma’s back from her trip! That was fast! It was like she was only gone for one day! Well, still, one day is a long time in doggy days. I was so excited to see her walk through the door, I jumped and she gave me a hug! Yay Hugs! And then she took a nap. Aww, boo! Boring! But then I took a nap, too. So we napped together. Good times.

Well, surprise, surprise. Guess who went out of town again and left me home with Uncle? Yep, mama did. GRR!! Why does she do this to me!!? It’s so unfair she gets to go out and have fun without me. Poopoo on her. I’m just kidding. I didn’t mean that. I love mommy. I hope she brings me back something fun from her trip.

Mama took me out to poo today and on the way back in, she saw something on her socks. She thought she stepped in my poo because it looked like a little piece of brown mush. When she went to wipe it off, it squirmed and then she realized it was a baby slug! Ma thought it was cute, but I didn’t care for it. I was like meh, slug, whatevs. But ma thought it was cute enough to photograph and told me to post its photo on my entry today instead of a photo of me. Can you believe it? The nerve! But I listened to her like the good boy I am. So, enjoy Sluggy because today is the only day you’ll get to see him! Muahaha!!

I’m always hungry. Ma feeds me in the morning, when she gets home from work, and I get lots of treats after dinner. So then why am I so hungry all the time? Am I pregnant? HAAHA I crack me up.. of course I’m not pregnant, silly! I’m a boy, and I’m neutered! Ma cut off me balls! How rude of her. Hmm I suddenly have a hankering for some nuts. Peanuts, you pervs!!

Finally! Ma took a photo of me doing my new trick! Took her long enough! Well, I can’t really blame her. Every time the camera clicked, I thought that was my cue to eat the treat, so it was hard to get a good shot. And if the flash was about to go off, it was like TREAT TIME! for me. It took her several tries. I got so tired of it that I didn’t even want to wait anymore and I’d just eat the treat! Sorry, but I’m just a dog, standing in front of a mommy, asking for her to give me a treat!

Today is Tuesday! I miss LOST Tuesdays and sitting on mama’s lap as we watch Hurley say dude. Dude! Those were good times. There’s not much good TV on in the summer. Oh, I take that back. I like HBO in the summer. But all the good shows are on late and on Sundays, when it’s my rest day! Don’t they know I’d rather be sleeping? Or eating a treat? Or getting my belly rubbed? The other day, mom bent down to pick something up off the floor, and I immediately got on my back and spread out my paws… and you know what she did? She gave me a belly rub! HA! It works every time!!!

Mondays! Yuck! I hate ’em as much as mama does. After sleeping in over the weekend, I kind of want to sleep in on Monday, too! But I gotta get up when mom gets up. Luckily, as she gets ready for work, I can sneak in a quick nap before she takes me out to potty. After that, mom leaves for work and I go back to sleeping. It’s a stressful life, but somebody’s gotta do it! And that somebody is me!!
